Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of grande24.kz. By placing an order you accept them. Information on the site is not a public offer.

1General

  • The site belongs to GRANDE pharm pharmacy, 59 Tole Bi St, Astana.
  • The site lets you browse the range, reserve items and order delivery within Astana.
  • Product information is for reference only and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

2Placing an order

  • An order is accepted once a pharmacist confirms it by phone or WhatsApp.
  • The Pharmacy may decline an order if an item is out of stock, the details are incorrect, or the order breaches dispensing rules.
  • Prices are shown in tenge and may change before the order is confirmed.

3Prescription medicines

  • Prescription medicines are not delivered. They can only be reserved on the site.
  • Such orders are handed over at the pharmacy on presentation of a doctor's or electronic prescription.
  • The pharmacist may refuse to dispense if the prescription is missing, invalid or issued to another person.

4Delivery

  • Delivery is made within Astana by partner courier services.
  • The fee is calculated at checkout; for orders over 15,000 ₸ the cheapest option is free.
  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on courier availability, weather and traffic.
  • On receipt, please check the order contents, expiry dates and packaging integrity.

5Payment

  • You can pay by Kaspi invoice, bank card online, or cash or card when collecting at the pharmacy.
  • A Kaspi invoice is issued after a pharmacist confirms the order and must be paid within the stated time.

6Returns

  • Medicines and medical devices of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If an item is damaged, expired or does not match your order, tell us on the day of receipt — we will replace it or refund you.

7Liability

  • Self-medication may be harmful to your health. Read the leaflet and consult a specialist before use.
  • The Pharmacy is not liable for consequences of using medicines without a doctor's prescription or contrary to the leaflet.

8Changes to these terms

  • The Pharmacy may amend these terms. A new version applies once published on the site.
