  • Delivery takes 30–60 minutes after the order is confirmed.
  • The fee is calculated automatically from your address. Free from 15,000 ₸.
  • The courier hands over the order in a sealed branded bag.

Pickup

  • 59 Tole Bi St — open 24/7.
  • Ready 15 minutes after confirmation.
  • Reservations are held for 24 hours.

Payment

  • Kaspi invoice — sent to the Kaspi.kz app after pharmacist confirmation.
  • Bank card online — Visa, Mastercard.
  • At pickup — cash, card or Kaspi QR.

Prescription medicines

  • Prescription medicines are not delivered — reserve and pick up only.
  • Present a doctor's or electronic prescription when collecting.

Returns

  • Medicines of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If an item is damaged or doesn't match your order, we'll replace it or refund you.
