GRANDE pharm pharmacy (the “Pharmacy”) respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”. This policy explains what we collect on grande24.kz, why, and how we protect it.

1What we collect

  • Name and phone number — to confirm your order and contact you.
  • Delivery address — so the courier can bring your order.
  • Email — optional, to contact you about the order.
  • Kaspi number — if you pay by Kaspi invoice.
  • Prescription photo or file — if you upload one for the pharmacist.
  • Order contents and support history.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, site language, cart contents (stored in your browser).

2Why we process it

  • Placing, packing, paying for and delivering your order.
  • Pharmacist review of prescriptions and selection of medicines.
  • Contacting you about the order by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Meeting legal requirements for the retail sale of medicines.

3Who we share it with

  • Courier services (Yandex Delivery, Wolt, Glovo, inDrive) — name, phone and address, solely to deliver your order.
  • Payment services (Kaspi, acquiring bank) — order amount and number. Your card details are never passed to or stored by the Pharmacy.
  • Government bodies — only upon a lawful request.
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4Health data and prescriptions

  • Prescriptions and order contents are health information protected by medical confidentiality.
  • Only the Pharmacy's pharmacists handling your order have access to them.
  • Uploaded prescriptions are kept in secure storage and deleted once the statutory retention period expires.

5How long we keep it

  • Order data — for the period required by law for medicine sales records.
  • Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

6Your rights

  • Find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion, unless the law requires us to keep the data.
  • To do so, call us or message us on WhatsApp using the number in the Contacts section.

7Cookies and browser storage

  • We store your chosen site language and cart contents in your browser. This data is not shared with third parties.
  • You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.

8Security

  • The site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol.
  • Only authorised Pharmacy staff can access orders and prescriptions.
